Q. Is this the same MLS that my local Realtors® use?

A. Yes, it is the exact same MLS that full service Realtors® use in your area.

Q. This is my first time, what are the processes?

Choose the MLS Package that best fits you. If this is your first time, we recommend package #3. It is the most comprehensive and will provide you with all the paperwork you will need to sell your home.
Once your have signed up for one of our MLS Package, we will have your assigned Realtor affiliate contact you.
Our realtor affiliate will email you the documents needed to list you on the MLS and Realtor.com. The two forms you will need are the MLS input form and your listing agreement.
Once you have completed the MLS input form and the your listing agreement, you can email or fax it back to your assigned realtor.
When your realtor receives the completed forms, you will be listed on the MLS within 24 hours.
Once you are listed on the MLS, your assigned realtor will email or fax the MLS printout. Please review and fax/email back any corrections or revisions you may have. Your local MLS will then send your listing information to realtor.com. Your listing will be on realtor.com in 2 to 3 days.

Q. Can I cancel my MLS Listing at anytime?

A. Yes, you may cancel at any time. There is NO cancellation fee.

Q. How do I post my photos on the MLS and Realtor.com?

A. You can email your home photos to your assigned realtor. Once your photos are listed on the MLS, it will take one to three days for the picture to show up on realtor.com.

Q. Can I make changes to my MLS Listing?

A. Yes, you can make changes to the price or any other information you want.
